Melachim A/I Kings 7:40 - 50
Chapter 7
40 Hiram made the lavers, the shovels, and the blood basins; and Hiram finished doing all the work that he did for King Solomon for the House of Hashem. 41 The two columns and the two globes of the capitals that were atop the columns; and the two netted ornamentations to cover the two globes of the capitals that were atop the columns; 42 and the four hundred pomegranates for the two netted ornamentations, two rows of pomegranates for each netted ornamentation to cover the two globes of the capitals that are on the upper surface of the columns; 43 and the ten pedestals, and the ten lavers upon the pedestals; 44 and the one pool, and the twelve oxen under the pool; 45 and the pots, the shovels, and the blood basins; all these vessels that Hiram made for King Solomon for the House of Hashem were of burnished copper.
46 The king cast them in the Plain of the Jordan in firm clay, between Succoth and Zarathan. 47 Solomon left all the vessels [unweighed] because there were so very many; the weight of the copper was not calculated.
48 Solomon made all the vessels that were in the House of Hashem - The Golden Altar, and the Table — upon which was the bread — was of gold; 49 and the candelabra, five to the right and five to the left, before the Holy of Holies, were of refined gold; and the blossom, the lamps, and the tongs were of gold; 50 and the bowls, the musical instruments, the blood basins, the spoons, the firepans were of refined gold; and the hinges for the innermost chamber of the House, the Holy of Holies, for the doors of the Hall of the House were of gold.
